I wouldn't purposefully subject my daughters to that BS. He wanted our kids exposed to Christianity for intellectual reasons and likes the community. If everything she is taught is correct and the Mormon church is "true" she should be able to research any anti-Mormon books or movies and prove their criticisms are lies. If she was anything like me, that idea is probably foreign, radical, confusing, interesting, and inspiring to her. There will be pressure to go to church, marry in the temple, Yada Yada You will want to make sure you're ready to battle this for years, maybe a lifetime. While there are some differences noted here, in many ways you should treat them the same way you would girls of other faiths.

No one, except someone who has been Mormon can understand how deep the hooks are sunk into the Mormon psyche. My fiance and I are both becoming doctors, but he is becoming an Orthopedic surgeon and I am becoming a Psychiatrist. If she can see that YOU are what is important in the relationship, not what you or she believes, ya'll have a chance. I believe when you die, you die, and you live on in memories and hearts.
